To actually answer the question, I wonder if the answer might be that other domestic programs have so many changes and events going on right now (AA in bankruptcy, UA/CO merger, WN buying FL, etc...) that those things can occupy more of the conversation. For DL, there aren't that many major changes going on right now, so the personal, soft stories, take more of a presence.
