C'mon NZ you moaning about loss of revenue yet you persist in wasting money on ads when you have turned so many HVC's away.

I'am only Gold so not a real HVC and after the crap treatment, increasing card fees, increasing fares and reduction in any benefits will not be Gold this year as I am booking with EK business rather thanh NZ. Have only 1 flight with NZ this year, so I could use a refund from the farce I had at Xmas.

Normally by now would have taken advantage of specials for all the long weekends, but this year looking at EK and use NZ for domestic as no choice.

Long live the accoutants as when you look at it Lehmans was brought down by them now NZ is going the same way.
