I have had ti do it due to schedule change a few times in the past 10 years or so....to date Delta has not punished me. Since my employer is the one who did the schedule changes I guess they were not concerned with "defrauding"

I am sure if on my monthly flight to LAX they would catch on....but once every few years.....
