Later on, but probably not in 2012, there should be a unified airside lounge in 2F, possibly where a staff restaurant is currently located.
Passengers currently using the lounges in 2C & 2F2 will move to a lounge in one of the three boarding areas in 2E (la Jetée, S3 aka La Galerie Parisienne and S4.
Passengers currently using the lounge in 2D will move to one of the two lounges in 2F, with the 2F2 lounge being larger than the one vacated in 2D.
So, I don't see a reason for overcrowding in the 2F lounges at the end of the transition process over the second half of 2012.
