The only "day rooms" passengers can access without entering Schengen are in the B First Class Lounge but you will need to be travelling on LH/LX in F to access it. The Senator Lounge in B (also non-Schengen) has some sleeper seats but not day rooms.

I don't know of any day rooms in NRT but ZRH has day rooms passengers can access without entering Schengen.
