5. Crews not receptive to requests for anything extra, other than the main course. (Eg.: Fruit/fruit platters)

I'm not one of the VIP's that Jet facilitates, such as the characters who get their (small) luggage carried for them on board!
i haven't flown jet long haul for a while so i'll take your word for it....recently i've only taken international flight no longer than 4-5 hours so haven't noticed any real decline in service....
