It has been harder to redeem on DOH<>LHR this year. However it has not been impossible.

In 2010 I bought 3x (6 sectors) WTP->CW on this route.

For similar dates this time around I have had to pay for CW on three sectors but have been able to MFU on the other three sectors.

Still a hefty saving on what I would have paid for CW, but I am now wondering whether or not at the prevailing fares CW is really worth it...
