bou hunter, let me add my welcome, too. Because FT tries to help so many who have diverse travel interests, we do have a number of different forums. One of the early steps you can take that will pay big dividends is to navigate through the main parts of FT and see what posts are most appropriate where. For example, an expanded version of your Inuit trip would have been a great post to our Trip Reports forum just after you completed it.
