Duty Free agents are just snakes that wanted to make money. I bought a couple of carton of cigarettes for my cousin at TPE duty free shop, and AFTER I paid for it the agent told me legally I can only bring one carton into Taiwan, but she will "hide" the two cartons for me by creative packaging. My first thought was ...?
