So here's the IIT grad's take -- Website executed the transaction flawlessly. Allowed me to select my seat, enter personal details etc. No hiccups, smooth intuitive flow, international credit card charged correctly. Site looks generally fine - except that the font is a bit small and I can't insert a partner FF#.
I have no idea whether the site processes multi-city or award redemptions or anything fancier as smoothly as my booking, since I haven't tried. Obviously I used it to make a fairly simple transaction so I wouldn't exactly qualify as a QA tester, but I was satisfied overall.
It may have a smooth, intuitive flow, but if makes you click about 100 times more than you would have to on airlines like SpiceJet or IndiGo...
