I knew the suites were all sold from spg.com, but to be told that the Tower Room (which is what I booked) is the best they could offer was a lie. I asked for an Executive Club Room and was told there were none. What was most interesting is that room types vary from 35-65 sq m even in the same category?

Also, the setup of Mosaic just seems bizarre. I don't think it is up to the Westin standard. When we arrived the person who was supposed to seat us was speaking on the phone for a good five mins while people lined up behind us, and it appears quite small for a hotel of this size. Food items were missing and none was proactively replacing them.

What is standard platinum recognition at this property? At the SOTP I generally receive a card from the GM, and either a bottle of wine or some chocolates etc. Also, there was no turn down service.
