Vote with your dollars, but I'm guessing that as a silver, your dollars are not as valuable, or irreplaceable as you think...
So, this think is from the geniuses that took every major airline into bankruptcy at least once, some more than once. So, you’re going to be Mercedes Benz of airlines, only value the high dollar customer. If that is the case your product better be pretty damn good, and you should count on a lot less customers.
I’m in China now, on my way I watched Money Ball. This could not have captured the airline industry any better. A bunch of old line pros who think they know the game, and make import decisions based upon this “knowledge”.
