Do you know who Chase pulled for your two cards in January? If it wasn't Experian I wouldn't worry about moving your app-o-rama up. Just apply for this (amex will pull experian) and go back to your normal cycle in late March or April.

Inquires do show up immediately after you apply, so really the only benefit is having all the new accounts show up on your credit report around the same time.
