I too would apply sooner rather than later. I got this offer a month ago and applied very quickly after. I had been checking my online offers and I really don't believe what they told you about it being valid until December. The offers were constantly changing on my special offer page, anywhere between 25k and 75k.

It doesn't look like there's going to be a better offer for the PRG in the foreseeable future, so I would act now while it's sitting in front of you.
