We've had wonderful category 4 stays at the Residence Inn Center City Philly & Courtyard Center City Philly. I'm going there next weekend. Philly is a three hour drive for us and more affordable than NYC for a getaway weekend. We've also had wonderful stays at cat 4 properties in Portsmouth NH. The Newport,RI property and the Cambridge, Mass hotels often get favorable comments but we haven't stayed there yet. Baltimore has some cat 4 properties but we usually use our yearly category 5 certificate when we stay there. Enjoy your search and enjoy your trip.
