Depends how keen you are for 9 nights at the Park Inn Rotherham!

My problem with the Radisson scheme is that (as a high end traveller) I struggle to find places to redeem them. The best property in the whole chain is the one is Moscow, which is hardly convenient and even then is not exactly on a par with a Four Seasons. There are also excellent rates about on the Friends & Family code which reduce the value of redemptions even further.

That said, of course, it makes sense to keep the points in Radisson anyway until you need the Avios, just in case something suitable comes up or there is a transfer bonus.

Where Club Carlson does score is the premium redemption option, where for 50% extra points you can often get a suite or club room instead of a normal room.
