Not a single Star Alliance flight was credited to my UA account since JAN 1st.
TK, LH, TG. Only UA and CO flights posted.

I wanted to request a credit for the flights and the UA website now asks again to print a PDF, send in an e-ticket receipt along with the original boarding passes.

It used to work online for all Star Carriers.

I also use boarding passes on my smart phone, so I can not send in any original boarding pass.
