oc2005 is correct regarding the Hyatt Regency Irvine:

They close after breakfast on Friday mornings and reopen for evening snacks Monday evening. If you check in Sunday night, you take your breakfast in the restaurant (order off the menu unless there is a large group at the hotel, when the buffet is offered).

Hyatt Regency Reston: close Friday midday and reopens Monday morning for breakfast
