I went to college at Georgetown and remember loving the descent into DCA, although if I recall correctly, one the most impressive skylines I ever saw was an night-time descent into ORD one Christmas when I was heading to SFO. The city was beautiful with the buildings all lit up.
I flew into Chicago once at night time, I'm doing a TR about it now, but it was into Midway and I was seating on the wrong side of the plane, but it was also on Christmas night.The descent into DCA was probably one of the greatest i've ever been on, besides the descent in LGA on the next flight. I can't wait to go back to DCA in July to see if I get the same approach.
