^ Absolutely. I pay for every airline ticket out of my own pocket and I don't expect to be given an upgrade but I am certainly happy when they do happen. It really irritates me to hear people complain about missing an upgrade when the company they are working for is footing the bill. Perhaps if more companies adopt this Skybonus program there will be more upgrades for those of us who pay for our own tickets.
