hahaha, well done Thomas Hudson...I would add...


- Leer at the DM (or even PM) that stole their rightful upgrade....or their ability to refund a miles ticket >72 hours.

- Pleased to see a Biscoff show up once in a while in Y.

At least they get lounge access on international itineraries, right??
