With Aeroplan reward I did:

YYZ - YUL - ZRH - FRA - SIN (turnaround) - HKG (stop) - KIX/ITM (stop) - NRT - ORD - YYZ

I don't believe there is a rule that says max. 1 stopover for each direction.
