I can reccomend the Yotel in T4 for an overnight. It will only cost you about 70 GBP. The rooms are like you would find on a small cruise ship but they are clean and comfortable.

It takes a little time in the AM to get to T5 on the bus but it it pretty easy.

If you are traveling with someone else, go for the deluxe room. It has a double bed.
