I'm not a Diamond, but I called the DD a month or so ago to book an AXON award. The first CSR told me (rather quickly) that there were no standard rooms available for the award, only premium rooms, and that it would be 170,000 points if I wanted to book. I didn't mention that (a) I was looking at standard rooms online at that very moment, and (b) 170,000 IS the STANDARD room rate; I just told her I'd think about it and hung up. Three minutes later I called back and got a different lady who booked my AXON no problems.

So chalk up one more for terrible inconsistency.
