Had a recent stay that was booked through a conference to get the discounted rate and shared a room with a colleague. Somewhere between the conference housing folks and the hotel, my colleague's name went on the room with my HHonors #. I've been fighting now for a month to get the points after they initially told me 1 business day to research the issue. Followed up after a week and was told it takes 7-10 business days. Now, we're at 4 full weeks and still no e-mail from them (which they promised and which I have gotten in the past). Don't know what's going on there but seems like customer service quality is dropping, which concerns me since I've never had these issues before with Hilton.
