Swiss online check-in system is really needing an upgrade!

I guess its everyones personal preferences on how a system should look, like gMail vs Apple vs Microsoft. So, I will stay away from complaining about the SITA system style and focus on the lack of features>
I specifically do not purchase tickets with your airline because you have a poor online system whenever I can. I am only down to my flights from NCE to Zurich now.
Not being able to select or view seats during purchase is terrible. Especially as a StarGold
Your Web Checkin does not show which seats are exit row
Your boarding passes are web links. This is very bad if you are in places without an internet connection. You might consider sending it in HTML and as a PDF. Like LH.
Once you select seats on web checking, you cannot modify them.
SITA is costing you business. I would suggest asking them to improve, or build a system you can control and is based on your customer needs. SITA is to generic as they cover all airlines.
