I don't have any experience with this route, but I assume the flight will be absolutely fantastic like the rest of AI flights...

Looking at stats, it appears that this flight on average has a 20 minute departure delay every day. This is normal for Air India, since the airline seems to attract customers who don't understand the concepts of seat assignments or how to buckle seat belts. Then again, I've found that people 9W, 6E, and SG also don't understand these concepts well either. Indians in general don't understand the concept of being "on time"... It seems that the flight usually arrives within 5 minutes of scheduled arrival time. It hasn't cancelled or diverted in the last 6 months, which is good.

The website wasn't exactly designed by an IIT grad, but it is functional. And since it is usually the cheapest option (other than travel agents selling in bulk), that's where I always book.
