Hello!

I called the Aeroplan centre to book for a future trip.

I wanted to get:

YYZ-SNA-HNL-NRT-YYZ

and the person said that won't work. So i asked if the problem was SNA and that I could change it to LAX if it would work. And the person said it won't work. I asked if it was the dates...she replied no it was not the dates. So i asked her to let me know what's wrong...and she replied it just won't work and that i should try another itinerary and call back. HUH? Well...at least she didn't tell me off.

I'm a bit confused b/c last year we did YYZ-NRT-HKG-SFO-YYZ and everything was ok.

Is my original plan valid? And maybe the lady wasn't in a good mood and try calling back and hope for another person?
