Yes, it has been over the last 3-5 months. The stays are not showing up in their system, and when I call, they give me attitude and one lady said "what you don't think you have enough points already?" Today I called about another stay, and the guy on the phone, who didn't speak in complete sentences, said that he was going to have to open a case study, and it could take up to 10 days to complete. What is that all about? ...and this is the diamond desk...
