Manage my booking not allowing seat selection
I had booked CX879 back in October for travel this May in F and continuing on to ICN in J with then BAEC miles. At the time the agent put some seats on "request" for me as you couldn't get them assigned more than 180 days out. Of course I requested 1A and 1K as I'm traveling with my SO and wanted some privacy. Well, when the 180 days prior to the flight came I tried to confirm my seat with CX's website but was unsuccessful. Not even the seat map would display. recently I got the seat map to display, which shows 1A and 1K taken btw, but it doesn't let me select a seat. Same goes for my J flight to ICN from HKG.
