@Littlegirl good point that. A lot of blind people if they lose their vision early in life (like myself) do develop a good sense of direction and orientation. I can also usually remember my way if someone shows it to me once. all this happens subconciously after a while.
I wonder how many sighted passengers actually check out where their nearest exit is once they are seated. I always make it a point to ask the cabin crew if they don't tell me themselves.
Yes, most blind people do this and cabin crew are taught to count the rows and should let you know how many are between you and the nearest exit.
