I'll get rid of that meal request from exec club account right away . Most of our bookings are made through a travel agent which means I can't upgrade using avios on ba.com. Travel agent says they can't upgrade with avios. Also, upgrade with avios can only happen with full fair tickets although I am not sure if this applies to premium economy as well.
