I FINALLY got mine returned today. Exactly 3 months and a day after requesting service.
Pretty poor packing. It's a plain cardboard box with some grey foam, the Ipod in a plastic bag and that's it.
What else does it need? They're not terribly fragile or heavy enough to need more padding.
