Our TPE-HKG flight booked with BA miles on 02/02 (thus with the old PNR) got an error message of reservation not found with a disclaimer - if you have received e-tickets, ignore the error message.

Flight details displayed below and it allowed OLCI. Whew.

On the other hand, our HKG-JFK flight booked with AA miles are on hold when AA says it is unable to ticket any CX/KA flights, both revenue and award. Reservation shows "confirmed" on CX site but AA cannot ticket it. AA extends the hold period for another 5 days, but there is no ETA for when the issue can be fixed.
