AF/KLM really don't get it do they? They had the same survey year ago and I am pretty sure they will get the same response: We don't want cell phones on planes. Put internet on planes like Delta and prohibit the use of VoIP and all is good. If you need to be in contact you can use Email but the rest of us can actually enjoy the flight
