I've managed to get redemption bookings there even during periods of time when Paris was having its seasonal fashion weeks and this property would be having even higher demand than usual. For such "in-season" periods, booking far enough in advance was very useful. As special event periods near, space gets increasingly difficult to get; however, then 1-7 days before, sometimes additional inventory has come available. In other words, even during times of the year that are not "off-peak", there are people staying at this hotel on points.
