I've seen these cots lining the C concourse many times, particularly during the Haaj period. Guess they've come in handy for labour disruptions too. My flight on Thursday to Germany is YUL-MUC fortunately...I hate FRA at the best of times (if one can ever have a "best of times" at FRA, unless flying from the FCT).
