Working in a competing (non-unionized) property in the area I haven't heard anything definative. Remember seeing the employees on a walkout a couple weeks ago and they looked like they were in high spirits. Don't know if that means anything.

If there is a lockout, however, it may be just property specific. IIRC, each property has seperate owners (although you never know nowadays... for instance Host Marriott owns a number of Delta properties although not the Chelsea despite the fact that they are competing banners).
