I too at first found it annoying they wouldn't just change my old Ink Bold to the new benefit structure, but I now am so grateful since this seems to be a new card I can apply for later this year and get the 50K again! Seems like a super simple explanation to the recon line (if needed) as to why the new benefits will fit my business spending patterns better.
