Unless you want a full kitchen, we MUCH preferred the Point Lobos Suite. However it only has a minifridge and pod style coffee brewer - no microwave or any other kitchen items if those are important to you. Only other down side of the Point Lobos Suite is its patio is on a walking path so you could get visitors while sitting outside. Other than that we loved the layout, views, privacy, 3 fireplaces, etc.

Also make sure your townhouse spa suite is not in the vacation club area. Our last stay, we started out there (even though we had specifically requested in advance a non-vacation club suite using my two Chase suite nights) and it was incredibly noisy between the road, parking lot, and extremely thin walls. Thankfully they were able to change our rooms after the first night.
