Yep. Specially because these ~200 people want some +70% increase in salaries.
Not all passengers have to stay at FRA all these days though, some flights are performed. But then again not only LH is affected but lots of other air carriers too, and they often have no possibility to change routes easy enough.
If somebody is stuck at FRA until tomorrow I would recommend to go to new Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, both near Terminal 1 (behind old Sheraton, on the top of Long Distance train station) in new huge Squaire building. Costs less than Sheraton and is much better than sleeping on the floor.
