I gotta say the fraud is getting on my nerves too... everytime my wife goes to target or anything that is above $100 they block the card and she has to call in, very embarrassing... especially when we spend about 5k a month on the card...
The other day i got a message my gold card was closed... called and they said they don't know what happened and why the system flagged it...
ugh go figure... Im thinking of moving all expenses to my Chase card once I hit the 30k spend for the bonus points.
I'm thinking about doing the same, I've got a good general-purpose spend card coming up in the next churn. I've still got one or two Amex cards I want to hit in an AoR, but since I've finished the spend for my SPG, I'm sorely tempted to just throw the Amex cards in a drawer and use the new one for everything. The SPG points are great, but I'm not sure they are gonna be worth the grief compared to UR points.
