Compare that with the number of people actually going to TOURIST destinations like Thailand or Japan and it's completely minuscule. I love that Korea is probably the most overlooked developed country in Asia for travel. It's a wonderful place with so much to see and do. Not having to fight over throngs of other non-Koreans to do it is great. That and domestic tourism is already so ridiculous! You can't go to Jeju or Ulleung-do/Doko-do without being packed like a sardine in a boat/plane full of ajima/ajishi.
