A quick email to the hotel's reservations department confirmed a one category room U/G on the basis of Priority Club Platinum Elite status. Easy.

Btw, for any first-time visitor to Cairo, don't bother with the $60 hotel car from the airport. Cabs are plentiful and shouldn't cost more than $10 (EGP 60).
