I read your comments with interest Lte - and am very pleased to hear you say that things have changed significantly. Unfortunately, you can't blame a passenger for having such feelings when their first experience with MF left a lot to be desired - to the extent to which the 10+hr flight back from PHX seated in 2A left me feeling that I'd received a very sub-standard experience. Even having only spent Miles on the booking, I still felt cheeted... Look back to my thread which originated in early/mid-August last year and you will see what I mean.
That being said, if you really do tell me that the service levels today are on a par then I will happily look forward to another flight with MF. After all, I DO like the young, cheery-looking crews - AND the hats look tres smart! Just need to ensure the keeness, friendliness and beaming smiles are matched with high service standards, professionalism and attention to detail.
