I'm amazed at how much auto-cr@p gets sent by email, and yet some things are just ... ignored.
However, with the Silver line booking doesn't take too long, and has proved to be quite beneficial on a couple of occasions thanks to super-helpful staffers.

Still there for Sep - it seems to be the April/May ones that are now getting pulled, obviously for good reasons.
Returning to The Beard still remains a tenuous option, although I recognise everything you said. That's why I'm still loyal to BA, but becoming ever more crusty and irritated!!
