I fly primarily international - to Asia.

I used to travel with a dedicated cpap bag, ResMed has a bag that holds cpap, humidifier [which I don't use], plus sample space for hose, extension cords, masks, other accessories. I still use this separate bag when traveling domestic.

However, on international flights, consolidate cpap into my tumi 22" carry-on, using eBag packing cubes. If I have to remove for inspection, just pull out the eBag cube [eagle creek makes something comparable].

If I was shopping for new bag, this is one that I could consider: http://www.ebags.com/product/ebags/m...50555984932256 Primarily because it has ability to have separate compartments.

PS - I forgot to mention that when flying overseas, I'm in business class and ALWAYS use the cpap on board to sleep [anywhere from 4-7 hrs per flight].
