They can do it, pointlessly and randomly about "Preparing for your flight" and explaining to SCH's how to get to the bleeding airport. But telling you about a significant airframe/seating change? Anyway, we're now 10G/J outbound, 10B/D inbound. We can live without holding hands for 7+ hours. Young
