1. No "cheap at the airport upgrade" available.
2. It will be cheaper for you to upgrade your entire ticket rather than segment by segment
3. Yes it will be considered a change even if you're paying more.
4. Your travel agent can give you options.
5. No Y+ on 747 aircrafts.
6. Your best bet is to buy an emergency exit seat.
