CATSA security comes first. NEXUS gives you priority. When it's not busy, no more than 5-10 minutes.
NEXUS = 1-2 minutes at the machine, and whatever 0-4 person lineup you have with the agent who takes your card. Call it 10 minutes total, maximum.
So all in, if you don't have to check luggage and have your boarding pass printed already and your customs card filled in, should be no more than 20 minutes total from the curb to the duty free store.
